The Perfidy of Kiryas Rotten

One would think that an organization based on the principles taught by the Chofetz Chaim of Radin would be extremely scrupulous in its dealings with people, specifically financial dealings. It is normal to expect spiritual leaders who invoke the name of the Chofetz Chaim to be careful in all matters, whether they revolve around religious observance or business dealings which by default reflect on religious observance as well. The purpose of this blog is to publicize that which is already public but not actually known by the public. We will only use documented court records. The reader themselves can wonder and explain how it is possible for individuals, especially if they present themselves as Rabbis to appear to have no regard for the law or for another persons money. How can Rabbis borrow money and have an extensive history of nonpayment of loans and disregard for summonses to appear in court? How can Rabbis with a history of evading federal taxes and tax obligations in the town of Ramapo be trusted again to build a development in the town? Are the politicians in Ramapo looking the other way?
